Anemelo Greek Restaurant, Maxwell — Three-Zone Restaurant Sound System
Greek restaurant, Maxwell Chambers Suites — 3 independent audio zones · Completed August 2026 · Singapore
At Anemelo, a Greek restaurant at Maxwell Chambers Suites, 28 Maxwell Road, Singapore, Energycon Engineering designed and installed a three-zone restaurant sound system — Bose Professional speakers powered by a Powersoft Mezzo 604 A — with independent volume for the private dining area, the bar and the dining area by the kitchen. The owners say the music encourages diners to stay longer.

The challenge
Work began while the unit was still a bare shell, so speaker coverage had to be planned from the floor plan before any walls, ceilings or furniture were in place.
The finished restaurant — a long dining hall with timber floors and plaster walls, plus a bar and a private dining area — needed music that sounds right at every table, at a level that suits each space, without the speakers spoiling a carefully designed interior.
The system we installed
| Role | Equipment |
|---|---|
| Amplifier platform | Powersoft Mezzo 604 A |
| Zone control | Powersoft WM Touch wall controller — independent volume per zone |
| Satellite loudspeakers | 6 pairs × Bose Professional FreeSpace 3 surface-mount satellites |
| Bass modules | 3 × Bose Professional FreeSpace 3 bass modules, pendant-mounted (one per zone) |
How it was engineered
The floor plan is divided into three independent audio zones — the private dining area, the bar, and the dining area near the kitchen — so each space runs at the level that suits it.
Bose FreeSpace 3 satellites were chosen for their compact, low-profile look, and each zone has its own pendant-mounted FreeSpace 3 bass module for full, warm low end. A single Powersoft Mezzo 604 A amplifier with built-in processing powers and tunes all three zones.
A WM Touch wall controller is the only thing staff ever touch: each zone’s volume is set independently from the panel, with no equipment rack to open and no technical knowledge needed on shift.
An immersive, consistent atmosphere across all three zones — the owners say it encourages diners to stay longer, and they especially value how minimal and discreet the speakers look within the restaurant’s interior.
